9. Police & Nurses makes all reasonable endeavours to ensure the availability of Netlink and this website generally, but cannot guarantee the availability of these services as Police & Nurses are dependent at all times on a number of independent suppliers to provide you with these services.

10. To the extent permitted by law, Police & Nurses accepts no responsibility for any loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from action as a result of the unavailability of Netlink, Txtlink or any other service that may be accessed through this website.
