Equity Access
Equity Access is a flexible mortgage secured overdraft that allows you to borrow up to 80% of the equity in your home. The advantage of Equity Access is that you do not have to apply for additional loans if you need a new car, home renovations or a holiday - you can draw the funds directly from your overdraft.
