Easypay Mortgage Breaker Account
Easypay Mortgage Breaker Account is an offset account facility that is linked to our Easypay Home Loan. You use it just like an everyday transaction account, but helps to pay off your home loan faster.
The Easypay Mortgage Breaker Account works by subtracting the daily balance of your account from the daily balance of your Easypay Home Loan before interest is charged, when you have at least $500 of your pay electronically deposited to the account each month. This reduces the loan amount that you are charged interest on. It's a simple way to make your money work harder and pay off your loan sooner.
