Police & Nurses Txtlink service uses SMS technology that enables you to keep track of your accounts from your mobile phone.

If you're already a Police & Nurses member all you need to do is register your mobile phone number. Once you have registered you can setup a number of Txtlink alert messages, then Txtlink can notify you by SMS when any of these transactions happen with your Police & Nurses account:

  • Payroll & other credits are deposited into your account
  • Balance updates on your account
  • Direct debit has been processed on your account
  • Account balance falls below an amount set by you
  • Account balance is above an amount set by you
Txtlink alerts are sent between the hours of 8am to 9pm WST. Fees and charges apply.

Txtlink also allows you to send an SMS where you can request information like an account balance or your latest transactions.

To make a request, you need to enter the exact "message" as it appears below for the account information you require. Then simply send the message to Txtlink on 0422 866 866.
