Bank@Post is available at Australia Post Offices and is a convenient way to access your accounts when you can't get to a Police & Nurses branch or Cashlink ATM.
Using Bank@Post
To use the Bank@Post service at any Australia Post Office, you will need your Police & Nurses Cashlink Card, Cashlink VISA Card or Easypay VISA Card and your PIN (Personal Identification Number).
- To deposit cash or cheques, you will need to complete a Bank@Post deposit slip, available at the Post Office counter. Present the deposit slip with your card. Please note - to deposit a cheque at Bank@Post you will need to ensure that the cheque is made out in your name, exactly as it appears on your card.
- To withdraw money, present your card and the Post Office staff member will ask you to enter your PIN into the terminal.
