BPAY

BPAY is a convenient way to pay bills via Netlink online banking or Phonelink telephone banking. BPAY is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is a preferred payment method for thousands of organisations.

BPAY bill payments are usually made by the following business day, and you can also arrange payments up to 60 days in advance.

To start using BPAY you'll need to register for either Netlink online banking or Phonelink telephone banking. Contact us on 13 25 77 for more information or visit your nearest Police & Nurses branch.

BPAY View - Receive your bills online

BPAY View offers the convenience of receiving your bills electronically via the secure environment of Netlink online banking. Each time a new bill arrives, BPAY View will send you an email to let you know its there. To see your bills, simply log on to Netlink online banking and select BPAY View from the menu options.

Some of the benefits of BPAY View include:

  • Never losing a bill again - it's all there online. You can also file and save your bills electronically and print copies if you need to.
  • The ability to view and pay your bills whenever it suits you, day or night.
  • Convenient payment options. Even though you are receiving your bill online, you can still choose any of the payment options offered by your biller. BPAY is just one easy option to consider.
  • The flexibility to choose which bills you would like to receive via BPAY View, and if you don't want to continue with the service, you can return to the paper bill system with a simple click to turn BPAY View off.

Paying Bills

BPAY View allows you to choose any of the payment options offered by your biller. You do not have to pay your bill via BPAY.

To make an over the counter or cheque payment, simply print a copy of your bill from BPAY View and continue the payment process as you would with a regular paper bill. To file your bill in BPAY View once you have paid it, select 'Paid Bill Elsewhere' from the 'Action' menu.
