#The 40 year term applies to owner occupier only; for principle & interest loans with a minimum of 5 years. ^Interest-only option applies for owner-occupier and investment purposes (no principle repayments) and is available for loan terms 3 to 5 years. ~100% offset applies to owner occupier loans only and needs to be linked to an Easypay Mortgage Breaker Account (terms, conditions, fees, and charges apply). A fee will occur if 75% or more of the loan is paid out within 3 years of settlement date.

All home loans are subject to application approval. Standard lending criteria, terms, conditions, fees and charges apply. The Comparison Rate for properties in the metropolitan area is based on a loan of $150,000 for a term of 25 years with repayments made monthly. The comparison rate applies only to the example given. Different amounts and terms will result in different comparison rates. Costs such as redraw fees or early repayment fees, and cost savings such as fee waivers are not included in the comparison rate but may influence the cost of the loan.
