When you buy or sell property, a conveyancer (or settlement agent) is needed to complete the final stages of the transaction. This involves facilitating the transfer of legal title between buyer and seller, arranging the balance of your payment, and attending to any other outstanding matters relating to the contract of sale.

Once you have selected Police & Nurses Conveyancing to represent you at settlement, you will need to advise your Real Estate Agent and ask them to send your documentation to Police & Nurses Conveyancing.
