BPAY is a convenient way to pay bills via Netlink online banking, MiLink mobile banking or Phonelink telephone banking. BPAY is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is a preferred payment method for thousands of organisations.
BPAY bill payments are usually made by the following business day, and you can also arrange payments up to 60 days in advance.
To start using BPAY you'll need to register for either Netlink online banking, MiLink mobile banking or Phonelink telephone banking. Contact us on 13 25 77 for more information or visit your nearest Police & Nurses branch.
BPAY View offers the convenience of receiving your bills electronically via the secure environment of Netlink online banking. Each time a new bill arrives, BPAY View will send you an email to let you know its there. To see your bills, simply log on to Netlink online banking and select BPAY View from the menu options.

To register for BPAY View, follow the easy steps below. You will need a copy of your paper bill to complete the registration process.
You must have a registered email address with Police & Nurses to receive BPAY View bill notification emails. To find out if your email address is registered, log on to Netlink online banking. If your address is registered it will be listed on the left side of the screen, under your mailing address. If your email address is not registered, contact us on 13 25 77 to register it. This is important because your bill notifications will be sent to your email address.
BPAY View allows you to choose any of the payment options offered by your biller. You do not have to pay your bill via BPAY.
To make an over the counter or cheque payment, simply print a copy of your bill from BPAY View and continue the payment process as you would with a regular paper bill. To file your bill in BPAY View once you have paid it, select 'Paid Bill Elsewhere' from the 'Action' menu.
